This is the first book in the Kringle Christmas Tree Ranch series. West and Cassie's story is a sweet and steamy, short holiday romance. West has been in love with Cassie for years. His parents adopted her when she was 15 so she tucked her crush on West away knowing nothing could ever come of it. Every year he hopes that Cassie will see him as more than another brother because what he feels for her is definitely not brotherly. This is the first book in the Kringle Christmas Tree Ranch series. This book is about West and Cassie, when West steps up to play Santa he must find a Mrs Clause. He asks Cassie his best friends little sister... As always Mia has written a wonderful story I was unable to put down. Her characters were well developed and I fell in love with them both. Her plot evolved effortlessly which kept me reading to the last words. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

One of my favourite holiday books this year! Absolutely loved this story. West is fiercely protective but has the sweetest heart under all the gruffness. Cassie has her demons (with good reason) but she just wants to be loved. They are the balm for each others soul, and it only took 10 years to get there 😅 As always, Mia never disappoints and I can't wait Micah's story.
