This series is action packed. Makes you wonder when Ciardis has a chance to eat or sleep because she's in the middle of some extraordinary circumstances every week. I think so much is included in the plot we don't get to see Ciardis grow as a young woman. Being 18 and thrust into this fantastic life of danger and duty I expect a little more character development. It's a good read and the author is very imaginative. You truly feel like you are apart oof the Algardis empire.

At times fast paced compelling reading, at times frustratingly slow & tedious - overall I enjoyed the first 6 books & will keep an eye out for #7, just to see how the saga ends. I found the main character Cedaris to be both lovable & extremely annoying - in keeping with the feel of the series itself. Almost like it was written by two different authors...

Yes there are grammatical errors, yes there are spelling mistakes. Underneath that is a story that is interesting, fun, and worth the read. I'd love to see a professional editor get ahold of this and shine it up the way I know it could be. Even without that, it was enough to get me to buy the second box set. I'm sure I'll buy the one after that as well. Great work, keep it up.
