Holly is devastated to learn that the annual work Christmas party is cancelled die to the owners impending divorce. Determined to get them back together she offers her services to Lucas to help him arrange the party. There were times that Holly’s over the top antics frustrated me but she was coming from a good place. A fast paced, almost insta love story that ticked unboxes for me. Sarah Wellborn narrates this story and to be honest although her performance was okay.

A Holly Brown Christmas by Samantha Chase is a standalone read 4.5 stars What happens when Holly, the girl who loves Christmas gets an email from her boss that the annual Christmas party is being cancelled due to the fact the owners are getting divorced. Holly enlists their son, Lucas (who by the way she is crushing on) to continue with the party, family drama, holiday romance, laughter, family traditions and learning the true meaning of Christmas. I voluntarily read a copy of this book.

If you’re looking for a fun, mostly closed door holiday romance read with some drama and laughs, this one might be for you.
