I thoroughly enjoyed The Christmas Heart, relishing in the steamy encounters between Kaisa and Tom. Halme really knows how to draw in her readers with her descriptive writing and vivid scenery. I felt like I was transported into the story walking in a white utopia with a charming and dashing older man. Halme's refreshing prose and writing style make for an engaging satisfying read. The dialogue between the characters is impressive and written very well. Humorous at times but also very heartfelt, it is the perfect holiday novel for this season. An absolutely marvellous read that I would highly suggest for anyone looking to warm their heart and soul for the holidays. Chick Lit Cafe

I loved the plot for this one and it has a really lovely setting. The author sets the scene so well and at times I felt as though I was there living with the characters. The characters themselves are well developed and I really enjoyed their interaction-it is a lovely heart-warming story that left me feeling all warm and cosy - it was the perfect book to wrap myself up in the warm with a hot drink and a sneaky biscuit. 1. A job (but who needs one of those anyway, when you’ve got the ultimate family Christmas to prepare for?)
2. Money (no job equals no money, it turns out.)
3. A boyfriend (yup, Nathan the hunk has said adios to Lola – and in the *most* embarrassing way possible...)
4. Somewhere to host her fabulous family Christmas (because of course, no Nathan means no des res apartment.)
Lola’s at a loss about what to do. But one way or another, she’s going to make this the best Christmas her family’s ever had...
