The author of this book, Brahma Kumari Pari, has been practicing meditation since the 1970s. She was introduced to the knowledge of the Brahma Kumaris in 1994, and she has been a BK from that time. She began writing articles from 1996. Then, from 2014, she began writing books. All her articles and books are based on:
1. the BK knowledge,
2. God’s guidance (through her own link to God and through others),
3. her experiences, and
4. her research.
