Mafia Captive is mostly Ashlyn and Joseph's story. Ashlyn is an innocent, beautiful sophomore at Harvard. Joseph is the gorgeous bartender at the local bar in Cambridge. He is hiding from his mob life in New York and never intended to tell her who he really is. But his old life invaded his new life when his best friend, Marco, tracked him down. Joseph was protective of Ashlyn from the moment he saw her and now Marco is also her protector. Joseph is forced to go back to his old life. Marco feels he is forced to kidnap Ashlyn to protect her from their enemies and she becomes their captive. Ashlyn and Joseph have an unbelievable connection. She is confused by the chemistry she has with Marco. I am excited about the next books. As Marco says...She might soften and sigh for Joseph but she trembles for me. Yeessss!! More of that!!

Joseph has fled his life. Now loving as a bartender far away from home, he has no intention of becoming involved with anyone. Until he meets her. He needs to keep his distance.
