Story was well written. Loved reading Genny's strong, determined and passionate character come alive. Also an insightful read about early settlement life in Canada.

FINALLY! A genuinely strong, stubborn, smart and independent heroine! None of the selfish, bratty, petulant nonsense found in most contemporary romance novels. This was an exceptionally well written story with lots of adventure mixed in with plenty of romance and sexual tension. I am looking forward to reading every book I can get my hands on by this author.

Great adventure into the wilds of Canada. I will read more from this author as her stories are passionate, thrilling and keep you wanting more. I really enjoyed all the history involved around Andre and Ginny's travels.
