VT Bonds has prepared for us a sweet sinfully delicious story that has all the necessary elements for a spectacular Halloween fest. There's Omegaverse mixed in with magical witches and a demon! We get not one but two sizzling off the charts bonding and something extra. I cant wait to continue reading this enticing tale!

This set of three books made up a spine-tingling, sexy (adult) Halloween treat for me. There were tricks involved, my yes, but they were oh-so-fun to read! This is a trilogy, but I will review each one separately. The Last Sacrifice – Book 1: The story opens with the heroine on her way to a Halloween costume party. She never arrives there. She is swept into what seems to be an alternate reality. Think Alice, tumbling down the rabbit hole, except this is a zip code somewhere near Hell. The descriptive scenes were crafted SO well. I marveled at the creepy, horrifying surroundings described by the author. Fog that feels inherently evil, alive. Is the surface underfoot a floor, or a barrier keeping out the twisting, wriggling things seen under the swirling surface? And then there are the panic-inducing sounds: howls, demonic laughter, and weird chanting. In the midst of all this, imagine being confronted by a gigantic demon, so steeped in Hell-fire that flames shoot out of his eyes. He tells her she has been sacrificed to him, given by her townspeople. And, the behemoth demon has a pet: a giant werewolf. The red-skinned, horned demon and the werewolf with glowing yellow eyes will do as they please with her. I loved it and couldn’t stop myself from immediately opening the next book, The Lost Sacrifice! 5 stars.
