About this ebook

NOW A NETFLIX ORIGINAL SERIES

In the tradition of great storytellers, from Dickens to Dahl, comes an exquisitely dark comedy that is both literary and irreverent, hilarious and deftly crafted. Never before has a tale of three likeable and unfortunate children been quite so enchanting, or quite so uproariously unhappy.

Are you made fainthearted by death? Does fire unnerve you? Is a villain something that might crop up in future nightmares of yours? Are you thrilled by nefarious plots? Is cold porridge upsetting to you? Vicious threats? Hooks? Uncomfortable clothing?

It is likely that your answers will reveal A Series of Unfortunate Events to be ill-suited for your personal use. A librarian, bookseller, or acquaintance should be able to suggest books more appropriate for your fragile temperament. But to the rarest of readers we say, "Proceed, but cautiously."

This was a veary interesting book and i wish that all could read it. I am now trying to finish the series and am now on book four. I heard many things about these books mostly great except that the sixth book is veary borring. I wanted to see if this was true and asked many other friends and heard the same also. But this book i would rate a four. It beng like no other, keeps on going and never ends. I do have to admit that this truely was a veary sad story, but it reminds me of life and how there are ups and downs.Sometimes more downs then ups! But like the Bauldilaires, we have to keep our chins up and keep on walking!:)

I love this book, in fact, this series, but I am confused. In other books, It says Count Ipad KIDNAPPED Justice Strauss. The only ” kid” related part of the story is not the word kid. It's Child. IDK

Iv'e read a few of these books and I understand the trick, they tell you the whole story from the beggining... misfortune. But you want you see the misfortune because of human curiousity. Sorry for any grammar mistakes, silly touch keyboards.
