The New York Times and USA Today bestselling series

Betrayal and sacrifice in the skies ...

Ten years ago, Hell Diver Xavier “X” Rodriguez fell to Earth. Those he left behind went on without him aboard the airship he once called home. Michael Everhart—the boy once known as Tin—has grown into a man and the commander of Hell Diver Raptor Team. While Michael dives to help keep the Hive in the air, Captain Leon Jordan rules with an iron fist at the helm of the ship. But unrest stirs under his strict leadership as a prophecy of hope sweeps the lower decks.

When a mysterious distress signal calls the Hell Divers to the surface, Michael and his loyal team begin to uncover long-buried truths and the secrets Captain Jordan will do anything to keep. They dive so humanity survives ... but will they survive the ultimate betrayal?

Nicholas Sansbury Smith delivers another heart-pounding thriller in Hell Divers II: Ghosts, the second book in the acclaimed science fiction series.

I love how you write and enjoyed all the extinction books. I had hoped they they could be connected in some way as in after the extinction series ends is where hell divers picks up granted 200 years latter. Woulda been cool. Especially in the way the books are.being released. If the.war book of extinction led to airships. But the reason I had a problem with this great book was that I felt you dangled X in front of us the entire time giving hints that he might be close or even show up to save the divers in the end, or make some appearance in the way you built him up. Almost made me feel cheated.that he didn't show. Page.after.page I waited for his appearance and didn't get it. And I know you knew we would think he was.going to show up. But I digress. This is a great book, a good read and if I must wait till 2018 to see what happens to X I will.

We Dive So Humanity Survives!!! I have read every Nicholas Sansbury Smith book, but this one is my favorite of his books so far, and I’ve enjoyed them all quite a lot, so that’s saying something! Humanity hanging by a thread, missions to a radiation-drenched ruins of earth cities, and a cliff hanger ending made this an awesome read. I recommend this for anyone who is a fan of dystopian/post-apocalyptic fiction.

I am almost speechless as to what to say in this review. Nicholas Smith continues to amaze me with his incredible imagination. Once I began reading it, the only thing that prevented me from finishing the book was sleep deprivation. The first thing I did when I saw everyone off to school and errands and begin reading again. This book, like so many others that Nicholas has written, is spellbinding. An awesome literary masterpiece. A combination of fictional fantasy and plausible facts are one of the reasons that I continue, and will continue, to read everything Nicholas has written. This is almost a stand-alone book but I strongly suggest you read Hell Divers, the first book in the series, in order to understand. This is a must read for all post apocalyptic readers.
