Der gesamte appellativische Wortschatz des Althochdeutschen (ca. 30.000 Wörter) wird durch Zuordnung zu ca. 2.900 Wortfamilien, optische Verdeutlichung der Binnenstruktur jedes einzelnen Wortes, zugeordnete Strukturformeln, Bedeutungsangaben und Literaturhinweise strukturiert und erklärt. Zudem ist eine alphabetische Liste der isolierten Wörter (ca. 750), eine vollständige, strukturierte Liste der Präfix- und Suffixwörter sowie ein alphabetisches Wortregister vorhanden.
