just the authors personal experience (which seems to come from a very privileged position considering all the decisions made in the book and the bad advice recommended too) condescending tone. very patronizing, especially if you're someone who is unable to control circumstance. just a bunch of "you can do it or else you don't want it that bad" rephrased throughout the book. I was unable to finish it honestly.

Good starter with general to-do lists and a catchy, light hearted writing style. She mostly advises repeating affirmations until you believe them in different sectors of your life, but I would have liked more exercises. Lots more stories about herself than of others which can take away the sincerity of her advice and turn into self-promotional bragging.

I can't believe I wasted my time reading this from cover to cover. The author comes across as a spoiled brat who hasn't spent a day in the real word (ex; advising you to hire a life coach). She says that depression is an excuse because being depressed rewards you with attention. Basically this book is a pile of repetitive word vomit that preaches the need to be spiritual and to love yourself. Save your time and money, don't waste it on this book.
