Every page is so rich, so much happens in so little time. The events tumble out, one right after another. Everything happens so quickly, yet Oliver is so efficient and manages to use exquisite detail for everything. -- a Must read! Those who acknowledge the art of fine writing will deeply appreciate it. I myself am a very analytical reader, I do a lot of descriptive writing as well. My point is: although this book isn't my preferred genre, I must say that it is the MOST WELL-WRITTEN BOOK I'VE EVER READ.

I couldn't finish it. The concept was extremely good. Love being a disease is original and fresh. I liked how the author was able to write like a teenage girl. However, the plot faded away when the author gets too hung up on Leina's inner turmoil. I felt that the author could have trusted the readers to infer the main characters feelings without having to explain every thought and feeling thay ran through her head. I'm very disappointed. :(

It's ok but I struggled to get through it. Sometimes it seems to just go on and on with details that doesn't need to be there. I literally have to skip pages just so I can get through those insignificant details and get on with the important parts. It's like the main character has ADD or something and can't stay focused. It's a little annoying.
