I absolutely loved it! It started out great, instantly got me hooked. I didn't put it down until it was finished, just a few hours of reading. I really liked the main female character, Naia. I loved her inner dialogue, the way she spoke to herself about things. Cortez is a great character also, but he's a bit of a bully in getting the things he wants. Cool post-apocalyptic world after a war between humans and vampires, steamy scenes, intriguing characters, and a good plot filled with mystery make this book a must read. I can't wait to read more of this series!

Being a big fan of Kiersten Fay already, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Naia goes to Cortez's club with the purpose of going undercover to spy for a competing club owner, in order to earn much-needed money to get her brother out of trouble with loan sharks. What she doesn't expect is the instant attraction between herself and Cortez. Torn between her mission and her undeniable attraction to Cortez, Naia embarks on a steamy affair with Cortez, while struggling with the conflict of what to do about her brother and her original task of feeding information to her former employer. Part 1 ends unresolved while Naia and Cortez are spending time on his private tropical island. I am looking forward to finding out what happens in part 2. *This is the first part of Keeping his Siren and cannot be read as a standalone. Keeping his Siren 2 is due for release April 27.
