About this ebook

Few mortals know that the placid surface of the British Empire hides a world of powerful magic users, dangerous supernatural creatures, and inhuman passions. Enter if you wish, but beware—here be dragons…

Vampiress Fyodora Korelev is rich, beautiful, immortal … and so very bored. After returning to London, she jumps at the chance to find out who is kidnapping selkie girls and selling them as submissive wives to the city’s merchants. But Fyodora gets the shock of her undead life when a strapping Scottish dragon shifter storms into her investigation and announces that she's his fated mate.

Dragon shifter Callum Brown has vengeance on his mind as he's hunting the Sassenachs who stole his selkie niece. But when he runs into a stunning vampiress who sets his blood on fire, his dragon insists that he claim her even though she refuses to admit she's his mate. Now Callum must use all of his skills to find his niece, destroy her kidnappers, and seduce his stubborn, beautiful countess...

About the author

Nicola M. Cameron is a married woman of a certain age who really likes writing about people falling in love, especially when there are sexy times involved. When not writing, she likes to knit and quilt. And she may be rather fond of absinthe.

While possessing a healthy interest in the whole love thing since puberty, it wasn’t until 2012 that she decided to try writing about it. The skills picked up during her SF writing career transferred rather nicely, and her To Be Written work queue is backed up to a point she doesn’t like to think about. Her mojito-sodden Muse swans in from Bali every so often to add to the list, cackling to herself all the while.

Nicola’s current plan is to continue writing until she drops dead over her keyboard or makes enough money to buy a private island and hire Rory McCann as her personal trainer/masseur, whichever comes first. She can be found at www.nicolacameron.com.
