About the author

Ellen Dee Davidson is an author of children's books, including Princess Justina Albertina and Zoe, the Misfit, which has been used in bullying prevention programs. Her book Stolen Voices was translated into multiple languages and honored by the American Library Association. Ellen is inspired by nature, especially the redwood forests near her home in northern California. She also teaches and guides forest bathing experiences. Her upcoming adult book, Forest Bathing in Ancient Redwoods, is scheduled for 2025. She holds a degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
