About this ebook

A guy walks into a bar car and...

From here the story could take many turns. When this guy is David Sedaris, the possibilities are endless, but the result is always the same: he will both delight you with twists of humor and intelligence and leave you deeply moved.

Sedaris remembers his father's dinnertime attire (shirtsleeves and underpants), his first colonoscopy (remarkably pleasant), and the time he considered buying the skeleton of a murdered Pygmy.

With Let's Explore Diabetes with Owls, David Sedaris shows once again why his work has been called "hilarious, elegant, and surprisingly moving" (Washington Post).

You can buy the book, but you better read it quickly, cuz if it disappears (like ALL of mine did) you will be left with no means of contracting the company to get your purchases products back. Use extreme caution when giving Google any of your money. They are completely unconcerned with their customers after they take their money. Bad company. Bad business. Countless unhappy customers. Go away Google. Nobody wants to do cautioned with you anymore because you apparently despise your customers.

I have read nearly every on of David Sedaris' books and they are all an entertaining quick read. I am always wanting to read more humorous stories from one of my favorite authors when I have finished one of his books. Let's Explore Diabetes With Owls was fun to read, I found myself laughing out loud in every chapter.

I loved this book, as I have loved the author's previous work. Brilliant, sarcastic, and at times, petty, Mr. Sedaris has done it again. I especially liked the non-sequitur satire chapters sprinkled throughout. Jolly good.
