About the author

Aaron Spencer is a Detroit-based author, Senior Data Engineer, and founder of ALS Retail LLC. Aaron has over 10 years of experience in IT and an MBA from Wayne State University. As a father, Aaron was inspired by his firstborn, Drew Spencer, to write Imagine Dad. The book reflects the love, gratitude, and joy he’s discovered through the journey of fatherhood. Aaron self-published Imagine Dad with the goal of sharing meaningful and imaginative stories that resonate with children and families.


Veronica Scott (she/her) discovered a love for teaching as an EdTech coordinator and K-6 teacher. Most recently, she served in the roles of Associate Director of DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) at Francis Parker School in San Diego and as a member of the Ambassador Collective for the organization Learning for Justice.
