Ratings and reviews

As I make my way through this series, they are all pretty good. I like the twist in the story line I feel like it's a whole new way to look at it. This is definitely one of the better ones.

I liked how it had started with it going back and forth with Belle and her parents with their stories before it all had came together. I show what kind of people they where before Belle's mother went missing. But it also showed what could have appened if the storie of beauty and the beast was tolled in a different way. Seeing how the animated movie never said much about Belles mother other then about the rose Belle had asked her father to get her everytime he left for the fair.

slow moving book. I struggled to get to page 100. I have a teaching degree in secondary English and I don't think this book would hold my students interest either. Very disappointed.
