Lanterns are small collections of poetry, stories, reflections, art, letters, quotes, performance stills, and photography—crafted to remind leaders, creatives, and warriors in different fields to carry hope, especially when trials, obstacles, or lack of support make them forget the reason why they chose a different path.
Each Lantern carries a message beyond its pages that reaches classrooms, groups, communities, and personal moments by celebrating voices that inspire, heal, and bring attention to the hidden struggles of life.
They are a TOH initiative honouring World Mental Health Day.
