Donald Parker was the first Director of the Federal General Services Administration (GSA) Value Management program in 1971 where he gained his experience in conducting management studies using value analysis. He is a certified value specialist, a Fellow of SAVE International and the President of the Lawrence D. Miles Value Foundation. He is the 2014 recipient of SAVE's lifetime Achievement Award. For the last 30 years he has worked in private industry as a cost and value consultant conducting workshops and value studies on management problems leading employee teams to success.
