Outside is dangerous...inside is terrifying in the heart-pounding new thriller from producer J.J. Abrams. After a catastrophic car crash a young woman (Mary Elizabeth Winstead A Good Day to Die Hard) wakes up in a survivalist's (John Goodman Argo) underground bunker. He claims to have saved her from an apocalyptic attack that has left the outside world uninhabitable. But as his increasingly suspicious actions lead her to question his motives she'll have to escape in order to discover the truth.

Ratings and reviews

This movie is very well crafted. The acting was spectacular, the story was great and never got boring, and the characters were all believable. My only complaint which is what will prevent me from giving this movie 5 stars is the ending. I won't spoil it but I wanted a bigger and longer ending than the one that I saw. I would a highly recommend that you see this movie. One thing that you must know when seeing this movie is not to expect some action blockbuster. I would rate this movie a 8.5 out of 10.

I've made some mistakes in my life, ones I'll never get back. I've learned to live with my regrets from my past because I, just like you am a human being. The thing is idk how the hell I'm ever going to learn to live with the fact that I actually spent money on this movie it was so bad I would rather watch paint dry while getting my nipples waxed before I watched this movie again

The entire plot of this movie was a girl trapped in a bunker with a crazy rapist. There was no action in the movie and it could've been great if it wasn't all being in the bunker it could've been great the aliens were totally different but they absolutely destroyed any chance of this being good by making 99% of this her being in a bunker trying to act like a normal family (spoiler alert) it doesn't work out.
