About this movie

In 2012, Austrian skydiver Felix Baumgartner set the world record for highest-altitude free-fall. In 2014, his record was broken by Alan Eustace, a 56-year-old Google engineer. Working in utmost secrecy, Alan and his small team created a new spacecraft to take him into the stratosphere. The road to the stars was paved with engineering challenges, incredible obstacles, and near-death experiences.

The Red Bull youtube videos about Felix Baumgartner jump have more of what I look for. In particular Felix's complete jump with basic telemetry. This video is more reality TV style. Not my cup of tea. That said, it is interesting to see some of the things that went wrong before they got to the final jump. It's clear that Kathy Ann Kwan was unhappy about the whole thing.
