From 420 festivals to DEA raids, this fast paced film exposes how the public has been duped for the last 80 years by spin doctors and politicians who feign concern over the very youth who fall prey to marijuana prohibition and the drug war. Law enforcement retirees provide shocking commentary and outspoken regret over a policy they enforced only to realize it was a tragic mistake they hope to reverse.
