Is it terrible... No Does it make much sense... No But what you do get is a very different Superhero film, one with a very deep narrative that is trying to teach us morales, to be better and in some ways appreciate what we have. Leading up to its release Party Jenkins spoke out that the film is not a reflection of her vision but more what Warner Bros wanted to push out, it does feel like the film has been chopped and changed around, even the ending feels like it's been bolted on. This doesn't make it bad (hello New Mutants and Bloodshot) just compared to the previous outing where an urgency was needed for Wonder Woman, this time the urgency is lacking and only unravels later in the film at which point you're trying to work out what just happened.

I LOVED it!! As a long time fan of Wonder Woman I'd been dying to see this follow up, it didn't disappoint me in the slightest and Gal Gadot really HAS become WW for a new generation. Great storyline intertwined with both Cheetah and Max Lord which made perfect sense and of course the return of Steve Trevor too (won't spoil it by saying how he returns though). Patty has done a brilliant job bringing WW to the Cinema and OMG what a surprise during the end credits too. 👌

Dont get the hate for this movie I thought it was just as good as the first and with the great audition of Pedro Pascal as Max Lord who was fantastic in this movie. The journey he goes through during the whole film to the last scene which could bring a tear to your eye. It's movie marmite you like it or you don't
