The keyword here is PROGRESSION. So thrilled to see a movie that lives up to its trailer, with a kick-ass female lead, a bangin' soundtrack that's practically a character in its own right and woman on woman sensuality/sex scenes - tastefully done too 👏👏👏👏👏 ABOUT FREAKING TIME. The picture LOOKS stunning with that washed-outness and glaring neon throughout. The fight scenes and violence are INTENSE. And I semi-dig the twist. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because it's not exactly happy happy joy joy. But it's a damn good, compelling spy flick and one I'm happy to buy and watch over and over. And now it's time to investigate the writer(s) and director and look into what else they've done, cuz DAMN, they got SKILLZ. And Ima need that soundtrack too. Bless the 80s. FOREVER. Oh, and if someone could make a movie where our heroine here teams up with both Deadpool and John Wick, I'd watch the pants off that.

Charlize Theron is unbelievably good in this. It has all the twists and paranoia of tinker tailor with the bone crunching fights of John Wick. When you add in one of the best soundtracks I've heard in an age it makes a pretty awesome film. The only reason it looses a star is the final twist was a bit of a stretch for me that being said this is one of the best films of 2017 in my humble opinion.

Disappointed. I enjoy Charlize's performance in previous films, but this one is boring, it didn't help that most of it was predictable, not her fault, but her character was permanently moody which was depressing to watch. The only levity was James McAvoy, whose character took great delight in manipulating others, can't say anymore in case you still want to watch it.
