About this movie

A strange doorway appears in the basement of a furniture showroom, leading to an endless network of interconnected rooms where time bends and the only thing scarier than getting lost is the sense that something is laying in wait.  Directed by 20-year-old Kane Parsons, Backrooms transforms internet folklore into a real-world nightmare. Starring Chiwetel Ejiofor, Renate Reinsve and Mark Duplass.

I was disappointed there were no classic lore entities such as bacteria, growlers, smileys etc. Plus the slime mold stuff.

Amazing movie! Finally something was adapted to a feature length film and it stayed true to the original series. I hope Kane makes a sequel. 👏🏻👏🏻
