This was unsettling and not mad enough ... If you are going to take it to the next level go all out. Its a telling of a one shot story by Alan Moore that was weaved into the main story line and doesnt fit. Its praised do to its overly mature content that doesn't fit batman at all. In short this should have been treated as a one shot graphic novel and thats all. Furthermore the relations with batman and batgirl is board line sickening and reflects how bad if that portion was kept in the main batman story line would have damaged the batman image.

Forgiving the first 1/3 to 1/2 of this interpretation, and I mean not allowing it to weigh in at all, this is garbage when compared to the source material. They had more to work with. And I mean, about 50% more in terms of what the SM had in implications. The hand buzzer at the end was wrong. The final scene, and I mean the last 2 seconds, left out the biggest reason this story is so loved/hated and Debated. But whatever, I'm gonna go read it again, so I can laugh at this joke.
