A high profile launch party for the new gaming app, Werewolves Awaken, is being hosted at the estate of an eccentric billionaire, Brian Fenris. The young lead developer, August, is being promoted as the star talent driving the game's launch. The festivities are interrupted by a priest (Colm Feore of Chicago, The Chronicles of Riddick and Thor) - who warns the party guests they are "marked for the beast." Convinced it's a publicity stunt, the party-goers disregard the protest until a dead body is found. August and his date, Cheyenne, along with the remaining guests, become players in a deadly version of the game. Speculation continues to build as more savagely brutal killings take place. All are questioning who within the group could be the ferocious killer, as everyone is a suspect.
