Bill (Michael Sheen of THE TWILIGHT SAGA, FROST/NIXON) and Kate's (Maria Bello of A HISTORY OF VIOLENCE, THE COMPANY MEN) already strained marriage is tested when their college-age son commits a shocking act of violence that reverberates across the country. As they struggle numbly through the media onslaught and the awkward pity from relatives and friends, they are forced to face their feelings of guilt, rage, blame, self-discovery, and - ultimately - hope, so that they can finally see each other and their chance for happiness again with clear eyes.

The trailer for the movie is wrong. Therefore, it confused me. This movie is NOT Felix van Groeningen's 2018 movie staring Steve Carell and Timothée Chalamet. It is a 2010 drama starring Michael Sheen and Maria Bello. A very good one.

the movie was good... but they should have focused more on their son too. I understand they were focusing on the family and what a tragedy can do to a family, but it was just boring and very slow. the acting was great though.

This movie was great, but Google Play had me rent the wrong movie. You all are advertising it as the new Steve Carrell one, but it's one from 2011.
