About this movie

Illumination, who brought moviegoers Despicable Me, Despicable Me 2, and the biggest animated hit of 2015, Minions, continues the story of Gru, Lucy, their adorable daughters--Margo, Edith and Agnes--and the Minions in Despicable Me 3. After he is fired from the Anti-Villain League for failing to take down Balthazar Bratt, the latest bad guy to threaten humanity, Gru finds himself in the midst of a major identity crisis. But when a mysterious stranger shows up to inform Gru that he has a long-lost twin brother--a brother who desperately wishes to follow in his twin's despicable footsteps--one former super-villain will rediscover just how good it feels to be bad.

So much different than the original movie. I feel like every time a cartoon movie comes out they keep on getting worst and worst. It's like. The people who come up with new movies always put something stupid in the show making it go down hill from there. then it ends up being stupid ideas after the first stupid part of the movie comes up. Most of the movies have good plots but then they throw something ridiculous in there.

Thanks for making a violently imitatable movie for little kids! That's exactly who should be watching arguments solved by punching, and who should learn that intimidation is a form of love and an acceptable communication technique. I sure love it when children's movies leave kids with questions about topics such as: divorce, negligent/narcissistic parents, child marriage, relationship entitlement, child abandonment, spousal abuse, violence, the worthlessness of children approaching puberty, esteem and actual worth dependent on attractiveness, and other such gems. But at least no one lost sleep getting their paycheck.

Out of the two installments, Despicable Me 3 was the most disappointing. It had a boring plot, the character scrips were poorly developed, had odd themes, bad "unicorn " scene, random minion scenes, unnecessary scenes, ect. The only good part in the entire movie was when the new 80s villain [forgot his name] was about to board a ship while snazzy music was playing.
