Ratings and reviews

I watched this when it came out all those months ago. I expected a feel-good, charming film full of Christmas spirit. I was wrong. This film focuses more on the Cooper family's life than Christmas! The acting, (John Goodman is an exception), gags and jokes are also cheap and predictable! Should have called it "Hate The Coopers"! If you want to see a REAL Christmas film that actually focuses on Christmas, go and watch "The Santa Clause" trilogy and avoid this insult! Can't believe I wasted my time on this!

There are better films out there but not bad i guess! We all have our own opinions so try it out you may like it...

Really enjoyed this, not sure why ratings so low. Not the usual Christmas movie, but good story that most families can relate to and decent ending.
