Complete rip off on Heat. With worse characters and acting, main plot full of holes and rubbish secondary plots just there to fill up an otherwise empty script.

Good ass guy flick up until icesicke, ice cream!? Sleet! Whatever, ice crystal, cube jr starts spittin a tea sippin accent. Other than that silliness, good ass flick if any chod is here for a great dramatic spectacle, that it aint! Guns, crimes, city o angels, boom cuz!

Even though Im a fan of a couple of the actors in particular Butler this is a very poor mans version of Heat with Al Pacino save your money and time and watch Heat instead as its similarities are present but Heat is an A grade movie where this is a solid D. The Only reason I gave it 2 stars was for Butler.
