ive benn a fan since 1996 im 28 years old and feel like a kid again getting so hyped up for new dragonball everything. they also made my favorite character gogeta canon. great movie one of the best. great job on broly also and a shout out to them for making it close to the original broly with a few upgrades. dont wait just watch it

This may be the best DragonBall has ever looked. The animation is absolutely fantastic; save for a couple moments near the end where CGI is used. (Thankfully it was tasteful) And the story with Broly now makes senses instead of (As TeamFourStar puts it) making him a giant baby. Thankfully this movie doesn't require you to watch all of DragonBall Super but the previous movies Battle Of Gods and Resurrection F are needed to understand what's going on. Absolutely phenomenal DragonBall movie.

This movie is one of the best animated movies of all time. Especially for such a popular shonen anime. You get about 40 mins of the best fighting you can find in the dragon ball series and anime in general. The story is basic but efficient in officially introducing 2 of the most popular non cannon dbz characters to the cannon universe of the Dragon Ball series. The movie retcons a major event that happen but, I believe that it is much better than the previous backstory. Truly a must watch.
