I agree with #BryanShilling I didn't really like The lost world, but I loved Jurassic park 1, 3, and Jurassic World. I read the novels that they were based off of and found out that the movies are directly based off of the novels, the exact same thing. There is backstory to the storys that are not in the movies like Jurassic World opened in 2005 and the bad events happened in 2015. The novels are old and most people don't know they exist because the only time in the movies that they talk about the novels is during the end credits when it said: Based off the novel by bla bla bla. I am in 5th grade but I read on a 10th grade reading level so these books were pretty easy, I loved them.

The spinusaurus egypticus is real (from the 3rd movie). There is a documentary on it made recently by national geographic I believe. It took them 100 years to complete a full skeleton thanks to black market traders selling fragments and losing dig locations, but they finally did do it.

As a fan of the first one and will always be, this collection just brings joy since you can now own the whole set with the newest installment. But here's a suggestion, watch the first one and skip the sequels and move to Jurassic World.
