Will somebody please shoot these horrible teenage actors! It's starting to look like the future of Hollywood is bleak. 90% of the positive reviews for this movie are coming by teenagers obviously! Only teenagers like other teenagers. That's why Michael Bay is still in business.
I tried to watch it to the end I really did. I actually paid to watch this garbage, that is depressing. No real plot, some good artwork and CGI but not worth the cost of addition or of a rental. Cut and paste characters, script and story line. The actors, they did great work with what they were given, garbage. I hope this movie isn't going to label the actors, would be a career destroyer. Best thing any of them could do is simply remember that the check didn't bounce, forget they ever did the movie and go find a better script to redeem themselves. Cinematography that is not CGI is also very well done. So, no plot, no real story, no character, no depth of character, but great graphics and animation.
I sorta liked it. But the deviation from the novel to look pretty for cinematographic effect ruined it. They wouldn't show telepathy because they felt the viewers would not get it. But the viewers are not stupid. Without a hint of mind to mind communication, Maze Runner: the Scorched Trials fails. The confusion that replaces its absence ruins everything. And reading the novel reinforces this.
Entertaining with a cool concept Will this movie receive any Oscar nominations? I doubt it. It's not that kind of movie. It's a pulp sci-fi adventure with some incredibly talented cast members and an interesting concept. The writing isn't great and the plot is a bit convoluted but I couldn't help but overlook those things. This is just a fun film that did a good job of continuing the Maze Runner story in an interesting way.
Horrible READ!!! Do not wast your money on this terrible movie literally has nothing to f do with the first movie the acting is the worst I've ever seen and this movie shouldn't have ever come out. If I could rate less stars then 1 I would
Rushed again A little better in comparison to the first part but still fails miserably again or showed little resemblance with the book and was disappointing really sad at the idea of the director and those scriptwriters
I loved the Maze Runner, it was original. Scorch Trials, although not original, was a good contrast to the first movie. The characters are lovable, others I hate for good reason. Looking forward to the 3rd movie.
One of the best I found this cool because it was adventurous. but there is one thing I don't like there is some scary Zombies in it so I would say children under 10 probably shouldn't watch it and they swear in it but it's a awesome move
Better then the first I didn't have high hopes for this to be honest. After watching the first one I didn't want to watch an other OK movie. I'm glad I did watch it. Nice story, great action and can't wait to see what else comes next.
Awesome Im already a big fan of the maze runner series and the movie was...okay. I mean it was totally different from the book..and some parts were a little..well..not needed..I just hope the next movie turns out better
