Sublime visuals can't hide the fact this is a tediously dull and agonisingly long film - one that will leave you feeling like you've got a weight on your chest after watching. You'll be rooting for Melancholia to put this movie out of its misery halfway in....

Looks like its been shot on a Sony handy cam by a ten year old who has not yet bought a tripod, had to keep looking away as it made me so dizzy. Actors and acting is very good, storyline is rubbish. I admit I only watched the first half but I could not bring myself to watch any more.Such a shame as It sounded so good, and had brilliant actors. Should have realised why it was so cheap to buy.

That's time I'll never get back. It was painfully dull. Only the last 20 minutes was semi decent. Seeing Kirsten Dunst nude at her age isn't overly becoming, and it's never explained why - it's so random. Pretty much the whole film is in whispers but then really load music, so you can't watch the whole film without turning the volume up and down 20 times, which is seriously annoying and there are no subtitles for this available on google. The first half made absolutely no sense. I assume we're meant to see her mood swings as in bipolar disorder, but what the 'business' and agreements were about it's anyone's guess. It may have been explained but I don't know because I couldn't hear much of it! I STRONGLY urge you not to waste your money on this. A score of 1 out of 5 is too high a rating, but I am unable to leave it blank.
