About this movie

Night has fallen upon the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC. The guides have gone home, the lights are out, the school kids are tucked in their beds...yet something incredible is stirring as former night guard Larry Daley (Ben Stiller) finds himself lured into his biggest, most imagination-boggling adventure yet. In this second installment of the Night at the Museum saga, Larry faces a battle so epic it could only unfold in the corridors of the world's largest museum. Now, Larry must try to save his formerly inanimate friends from what could be their last stand amid the wonders of the Smithsonian, all of which, from the famous paintings on the walls to the rocket ships in the halls, suddenly have a mind of their own.

An improvement from the first. Ben Stiller is awesome as Larry Daley. And the Egyptian dude was hilarious, probably the funniest part of the movie, along with Napoleon Bonaparte. The gangsters were good in black and white and the Einstein bobble-heads are humorous. What did it for me was the co-star, Amy Adams, who also does good. It's definitely the best one in the series.

I typically like Amy Adams but found her very annoying in this movie. Everything else was great. Hank Azeria did really well and was very funny. Sad that Robin Williams is gone...could have done a 4th one.

They have done it again! Sequels are always Hit or Miss, and usually not as good as the original but, I have to say this is definitely a HIT and was just as Fantastic as the original first movie! I am So happy we can add this to Family Movie Night and no matter what, everyone is happy and laughing!
