About this movie

Raja is a poor man who lives in India. He meets a rich girl and both fall in love with each other. The girl's name is Aarti, who lives with her cruel step-mother, father and and step-cousin, who oppose her having any contact with Raja. But Aarti is stubborn, and gets married to Raja. After their marriage, her step-mother, father and step-cousin pretend to accept them, but actually are planning to bring an end to their relationship.(CBFC/CIL/1/65/96-MUM)

this movie is awesome, just wish it had English subtitles so one could understand fully to whats being said. but the songs are beautiful especially when the dad and daughter sit down at the Rajasthani party. and the two woman start to sing and one drinking, and the guy join in. this is a very beautiful movie, of love, cheats and betrayals from friends and family. but this does happen in real life too. you will go through so many emotions and tears in your eyes...
