When dedicated cop, Jack Stone, orchestrates a daring bank heist in order to infiltrate a prison housing a notorious Russian mobster, he has one thing on his mind... revenge. Balam is more than just a mob criminal; he's a cunning and dangerous overlord who controls the entire police force from behind bars. He's also the man who killed Stone's family in cold blood.
