About this movie

"Risen" is the epic Biblical story of the Resurrection, as told through the eyes of a non-believer. Clavius (Joseph Fiennes), a powerful Roman Military Tribune, and his aide Lucius (Tom Felton), are tasked with solving the mystery of what happened to Jesus in the weeks following the crucifixion, in order to disprove the rumors of a risen Messiah and prevent an uprising in Jerusalem.

Good. Movie everyone does great strait to the point moral of story on point fun to watch. joseph is underrated.. meaning he excells everywhere. Dont believe the nay sayers everyone yhat watched it loved it all comments that are low are by fools who didnt watch the movie i know because they integrisly say it. My personally best jesus film top 4 films of all time. All jesus movies are surprisingly good. Youll think this is a good film no matter what watch this 9ne too youll higjly agree great them. Ehen christ askes the soldiervforvwhat he truley seeks. Surprisingly good and on point. Youll regret giving a good review on this one. Im always skeptical for hollywoods views on. Christian movies delighted throughout the movie best directing great picture no boring parts surprise i was. I give it a strong 4.3-4.8.

What I loved about this movie was the fact of how it followed the bible and didn't change. Truth is powerful. I am a veteran of the U.S. military and a soldier of GOD and these movies hit home for me to how we are to be soldiers of GOD and what this war since the beginning of creation is all about.... why we are fighting ...our two biggest weapons in this war are LOVE and PRAYER.....soldier 4 life ~ nicholas
