Vasu (Jiiva) a real estate agent, happen to move out of several rented houses since his childhood days. Hence, he hunts for an apartment for him and his family. Finally, when moves into a spacious house, he finds out that they arenÕt the only occupants of the house and experience strange ghostly activities in that house. The rest of the movie narrates his experiences.
