4 and a half out of 5. Shaun Of The Dead is very crafty, and more scary then funny but when it is funny it works well. The film pays homage to a very disturbing Day Of The Dead scene in disturbing fashion and all in all is an intense film, one with sweet style, Edgar Wright's. Also the buildup to the offical start of the the main part of the outbreak is crafted in terrific fashion. A greatly artsy in senses zombie flick.

I personally enjoyed this movie, some good comedy with zombie terror (though not too much of zombie terror, but still a little bit). Though idk if the disc I watched it on was scratched, it didn't seem like it, but some parts seemed to skip. It wasn't pirated, it was from the library. *Spoiler alert* I was just a little confused as to how they got in their house when a zombie twice the size of them was literally leaning on the door. And how all is gone a day after four slow ass zombs are found.

This Edgar Wright (Hot Fuzz & Scott Pilgrim vs The World) film is a blend of horror and comedy, but mostly comedy. Simon Pegg (Star Trek & Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol) and Nick Frost (Snow White and the Huntsman & Paul) are a great duo when it comes to surving the zombie attack.
