Annie and her new SWAT boyfriend take a romantic cruise to the Caribbean. The ship is infiltrated by a crazy, bitter, demon, genius who is adept at computers and is intent on blowing up the ship and destroying all on board.

Was so sad sandy diddnt stay with keno alost lost my faith in girls, ovie was good but i diddnt feel i was going fast.

The chemistry of Annie and Jack from the first one was too strong for this sequel to work. Should have named it Annie On A Boat and leave Speed alone.

This would have cause me to walk out if I had seen it in theaters. At the point when the ship crashes into the island.
