Average teenager Peter Parker is transformed into an extraordinary super hero after he is accidentally bitten by a radioactive spider. When his beloved uncle is savagely murdered during a robbery, young Peter vows to use his powers to avenge his death. Marvel had tried to enter the superhero film market before but failed largely due to the insufficient technology to truly give a good show. That all changed at the beginning of the nought decade with Sam Raimi's Spiderman. This truly was the first movie that proved to audiences globally that films were now capable of portraying a genuine Marvel spectacle. A bit campy after 14 years, but still good, and Toby Maguire's Parker/Spiderman is still unsurpassed.

Tobey Maguire, encarna la primera adaptación aceptable del superhéroe arácnido, no solo fue un éxito de taquilla, sino que marco la generación de muchos millenials. La actuación estelar de Willem Dafoe, fue certera con la naturaleza impredecible del Green Goblin. La actuación de Kirsten Dunst fue tal como se esperaba, una completa decepción, pero que al fin y al cabo se necesitaba una actriz femenina para llenar el papel del interés amoroso del protagonista. Recomendada por cuestiones nostálgicas, más que por una buena actuación, (aunque lo intente y lo intente la muchacha no tiene talento), admitámoslo porque si no nos engañamos.

Ok, this movie is just fantastic. Ok this movie like not good but that just makes it so much more better. Ok first, MJ and Aunt May just suck. Second, Norman is the best character in the entire movie.
