Again Paul Verhoven delivers a great film. Just love the action and subtle examination of the meat grinder aspects of war. Hidden deep inside are messages about the cost of war,propaganda and facism and other stuff. I like that and the blasting aliens bugs to hell part, seeing Dina Meyer get her boobies out are a bonus, she's stunning. F@#@ the news I'm hearing about a remake. Leave it alone! Definitely recommend. :)

I watched this years ago and enjoyed it but now I come to watch it again it just doesn't match up. Poor acting, weak characters and a story line that you can't take serious.

Would-be space Nazi Stormtroopers being sent to almost certain violent death by sadistic SS Gustapo space commanders getting sliced, diced and chomped by giant alien bugs capable of hurling asteroids across space. I loved it.
