When the Teen Titans go to the big screen, they go big! It seems to the Teens that all the major superheroes out there are starring in their own movies—everyone but the Teen Titans, that is! But de facto leader Robin is determined to be seen as a star instead of a sidekick. With a few madcap ideas and a song in their heart, the Teen Titans head to Tinsel Town, certain to pull off their dream. But when the group is sidetracked by a seriously super villain and his maniacal plan to take over the Earth, things really go awry. The team finds their friendship and their fighting spirit failing, putting the very fate of the Teen Titans themselves on the line!

NOT as funny as the actual Teen Titans Go! show/toon. this type of comedy/animation is more palatable in 15 minute shorts- i actually fell asleep a couple times & had 2 restart- cause it's not that funny & not that entertaining. the best parts were the non-teen titans parts- cameos by stan lee_ spoofs of other super heroes origins- the funniest part is the balloon man fart-joke_ U can see that in the free preview- if U don't like that U won't like the movie_ if U like Teen Titans Go! - U will think this is ok- i'm glad i only had to pay .99 cents 2 rent_ i woulda felt ripped off if i paid $3.99- & would never buy- it is definitely not an animation i would want 2 re-watch all the way through- - & i like all the regular DC animation movies & have watched many multiple times over_ but this is no better than the cartoon U can watch on tv 4 free_ so why pay 2 watch this ? it wasn't horrible

The movie was actually pretty good, there are a lot of jokes from the show and some based off the comic history ( knowing the history of the DC heroes helps a bit. ) personally the show wasn't bad IMO, some jokes are a bit obscure, but when you look past all of that it's a really good movie and show, it's meant to be lighthearted for kids with the same thing we grew up loving to watch, so it's got my respect

Its actually not as bad as you'd imagine. Sure cringy moments do exist, but overall I found it to be pretty solid. Some catchy musical numbers, the animation is a great step up, lots of glorious lampooning of DC and superheroes in general (Stan Lee literally makes a cameo in this), and of course: tons of meta humor. Its not gonna be everyone's thing, but if your interested in seeing this film, go for it.
