I love the movie. Well, I read what the critics say about this movie, but my understand is that critics are just there to be critical. Critics are good to have in matters that count and have meaning and significance to the betterment of human society, but I find it not so in the areas of entertainment since entertainment is usually a matter of individual preference. I hesitated from watching this movie after reading negative criticism. But since its on sale and I really wanna see how Anna Kendrick fare in an action flick, I watched it. Movie wise, let's talk about violation of Christian's moral code. To be honest, there was no moral code to begin with. Christian is a man with autism. And he has extreme difficulty in connecting to people. So anyone doing harm to the extremely few that he can connect with, is really asking for it. Christian's father way of handling his son's condition though extreme, but his guiding principle is not wrong. Is the world we live in a friendly place? Are we in lack of dysfunctional family? Are people with special conditions really lesser than your average human? I wish to say more, but space limitations.
