I saw this movie when I was a kid, and even today I love it still. The bond between two friends one who is from another planet and one from Earth, because of a boy from Earth to teach him what it is about right from wrong, is a timeless lesson. I love the part at the end where he sacrificed himself at the end to stop the atomic bomb from blowing up the town. All because of what the little boy taught him from right and wrong and self-sacrifice. All of them true lessons in and of themselves.

Brad Bird has done it again. Finally, another movie as good as incredibles. The surprising plot about nuclear war gives some surprising plot twists. And the swearing from the main characters just adds to the tension of the film. This films robot protagonist is no ordinary hero. The beginning of the movie just leads you to think that. The ending of the movie just adds to the shock factor of the entire film. It's surprisingly dark. This is no average kids film, and you will love the movie long after watching

The Iron Giant (1999) is a touching story with deep moral lessons. This movie is one of the big marketing blunders of the 90s and continues today. The DVD cover alone gives you the wrong impression; it looks to be just a simple animated kid's movie. You may be apprehensive of the film being animated, but do not worry because the story line, emotions, and character interactions are so well done and fulfilling that you will be immediately drawn in. It is complex enough for adults, and simple enough for kids.
