About this movie

Extended Edition. In the part second of the Tolkien trilogy, Frodo Baggins and the other members of the Fellowship continue on their sacred quest to destroy the One Ring--but on separate paths. Their destinies lie at two towers--Orthanc Tower in Isengard, where the corrupt wizard Saruman awaits, and Sauron's fortress at Barad-dur, deep within the dark lands of Mordor.

This movie does not follow the book very well. However, it does entertain the imagination somewhat. I do not enjoy looking at Merry and Pippin"s hideous orc faces in comparison to the beautiful Ent faces. The publishers also did a very bad job of publishing the movie because although they put the hours, minutes, and seconds in the time, they did not put the milliseconds. I didn't want to take the time to put this on the hobbit movies, but Thorin is flat in the singing of, "The Misty Mountains Cold." Other than that, it was a horribly great movie overall. Thanks. Dude. Or dudette.
